Why is there an FAQ section that is virtually empty?
We're quite proud of the new website. We took all the questions and comments you've sent over the past year into consideration in the design of the site. We feel that the additional content (i.e. PDF downloads of product instructions) answers the majority of the questions we've received.
We hope our current customers will take advantage of the product review section and help us grow our business. We'll add to the FAQ as we forward.
